Skarbfolio ("we", "us") provides a personal portfolio-tracking application. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.
Data we collect
- Account data: your email address and authentication credentials (or OAuth identity if you sign in with a third-party provider), and your app preferences such as base currency and language.
- Portfolio data: the accounts, holdings, transactions, and prices you add or import, including data pulled in from IBKR Flex Query, Monobank, or XLSX imports you connect or upload, and the public wallet addresses you add for automatic crypto balance sync (via Alchemy).
- Usage data: if you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymized product-usage events (pages visited, features used) via PostHog to help us understand how the app is used.
- Error data: technical error reports (e.g. stack traces, the page you were on) are collected automatically via Sentry to help us fix bugs. This is separate from analytics and isn't gated by the cookie banner, since it's necessary to operate the service reliably.
Cookies
We use a required session cookie to keep you signed in and a cookie to remember your language preference. These are essential and always set.
If you accept the optional cookie prompt, we also load PostHog to collect anonymized usage analytics. You can decline this at any time — your choice is stored locally in your browser and analytics stay off until you change it.
How we use your data
- To provide and operate the app (store and display your portfolio, sync connected accounts, send you account-related emails).
- To diagnose and fix bugs (error reports).
- To understand product usage and improve the app (only with consent).
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your portfolio data with third parties except the services you explicitly connect (e.g. IBKR, Monobank, Alchemy) or infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, database, error tracking, analytics, email delivery).
Data retention & deletion
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual accounts, holdings, and transactions at any time from within the app. To request full account deletion, contact us using the details below.

- Decline or change analytics cookie consent at any time.
- Export or delete your portfolio data from within the app.
- Contact us to request a copy of your data or full account deletion.
