These terms govern your use of Skarbfolio ("the Service"), a personal portfolio-tracking application. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Skarbfolio is — and is not
Skarbfolio helps you record and monitor assets you already own: stocks and ETFs, Ukrainian Treasuries, crypto balances, cash across currencies, and custom assets you price yourself.
Skarbfolio is not a broker, bank, custodian, exchange, or investment adviser. We do not execute trades, hold your money or securities, and never take custody of your assets. Nothing in the Service is investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
One account is for one person. Do not share an account or sell access to it.
Accuracy of data and figures
Prices, exchange rates, bond schedules, dividend dates and similar market data come from third-party sources. That data may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted, or wrong, and we do not warrant it.
Every figure the Service shows — valuations, gains and losses, income, projections, yields — is an estimate derived from the data available to it and the entries you make. Projected payments in particular describe what would happen if current holdings and schedules stayed as they are; they are not promises of income. Do not rely on the Service as your sole record for tax, accounting, or reporting purposes. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and for meeting your own tax obligations.
Imports and connected sources
The Service can bring in data you provide: Interactive Brokers statements and Flex queries, spreadsheet files, and public blockchain addresses you enter for read-only balance syncing. These connections are read-only — they cannot move funds or place orders.
You confirm you are entitled to upload or connect any data you bring in, and that doing so does not breach an agreement you have with a third party. We are not responsible for a third-party source changing, restricting, or withdrawing access.
Pro subscription
Some features are available only on a paid Pro plan. The price, currency, and billing period are shown before you pay.
- Pro subscriptions are offered monthly or annually and renew automatically at the end of each term, using the payment method you saved, until you turn auto-renewal off.
- You can turn auto-renewal off at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
- A free trial and promotional codes may be offered. Each is limited to one per account unless we state otherwise, and neither carries a right to future free access.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
- Except where the law gives you a refund right, payments already made are non-refundable, and we do not refund partial periods.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend Pro features until it succeeds. Your data stays in your account either way.
Acceptable use
Do not: break the law with the Service; attempt to access another user's account or data; probe, scan, or test the security of the Service without our written permission; scrape it or use automated means to extract data at scale; resell or sublicense access; interfere with its operation; or reverse-engineer it except where the law expressly permits.
Availability and changes to the Service
We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take it down for maintenance, and we may add, change, or remove features. If we discontinue a material feature you paid for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of your current period.
Your data
Your portfolio data is yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store and process it in order to operate the Service for you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can export or delete your data from within the app, or ask us to delete your account entirely.
Our intellectual property
The Service — its software, design, text, and branding — belongs to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service, and nothing more.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use puts the Service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. On termination your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive — disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law — do.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from reliance on any figure it displays. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice — in the app or by email — before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top shows when this version was published.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of protections that are mandatory under the law of your country of residence.
