Help & FAQ

Tracking stocks

  1. Go to Holdings and click Add holding.
  2. Search by ticker or company name.
  3. Pick the listing you bought — each result shows its exchange and currency (e.g. LSE · USD).
  4. Enter your quantity, purchase price, and date.
  5. Save.

Prices update automatically while each market is open, so your position's value and performance stay current without manual entry. Dividends for a listed stock are loaded from market data too, so there's no dividend schedule to set up — that's only for a stock you add manually. Record additional buys, sells, or dividends with Add transaction.

Exchanges

The same ticker can be a different stock on another exchange, and one fund often trades on several exchanges in different currencies. So a stock in Skarbfolio is a ticker on a specific exchange, priced in that exchange's currency.

  • Supported: US exchanges, the London Stock Exchange (LSE), Xetra, and Euronext Amsterdam and Paris.
  • Each stock on Holdings carries a small tag with its exchange; assets you price yourself are tagged Custom.
  • You can type the exchange into the search: VWRA.L (LSE), VWCE.DE (Xetra), IWDA.AS (Amsterdam), CW8.PA (Paris).
  • Picked the wrong one, or an older import put a London ETF on a US listing? Open the holding and click Change exchange. Its transactions stay; the price and value follow the exchange you pick.

Interactive Brokers imports read the exchange from the statement, so they land on the right listing on their own.
