Tracking crypto addresses
A crypto address is tracked inside any of your accounts — its balances and prices update automatically, and they sit next to whatever you've entered in that account by hand. Each address is on one chain.
- Go to Holdings, open the account's ⋯ menu and choose Add crypto address.
- Choose the chain and paste the public address. A label (e.g. "Cold storage") is optional.
- Click Next and pick which assets to track. Anything with a balance and a price is ticked for you; airdropped tokens and empty positions are left unticked.
- Save — the balances load right away.
The same EVM address on another chain (say, Polygon as well as Ethereum) is added again with that chain — each one shows as its own address in the account.
An address receives every token anyone has ever sent it, so it often lists coins you never bought. Untracked assets stay out of your portfolio entirely, and a token that turns up later waits unticked rather than appearing on its own. Change the set any time from the account's Edit account action, under Crypto addresses — untracking keeps the balance history, so re-ticking one later restores it. Remove address there stops tracking it; the account and everything else in it stay.
Synced balances can't be edited by hand. For crypto you'd rather enter yourself, use Add holding and choose Crypto; for cash that isn't on-chain, choose Cash.
