Help & FAQ

How to archive a holding

You can archive a single position without touching the rest of the account — useful when you've fully exited one stock but the account itself is still active.

  1. Go to Holdings.
  2. Find the position and open its row menu.
  3. Choose Archive.

The position disappears from the default Holdings view but its transaction history stays intact for performance and income calculations. Use the Archived filter to find and unarchive it later.

This is different from archiving a whole account — you can archive individual positions while keeping the account itself active.
