How income is calculated

The Income page totals the dividends and interest you've recorded, across all accounts, converted to your base currency.

  • Recorded income comes from dividend and interest transactions you've added — see Add transaction.
  • Projected income for assets you added yourself is estimated from the dividend schedule you've configured and your current holding size; it's shown separately from confirmed payments.
  • Expected interest on cash comes from the rate you gave the holding — see interest on a cash balance.
  • Totals can be viewed by month or year to spot trends in your income over time.

This year's calendar, the income received so far this year and upcoming payments for the next 12 months are free. Earlier years and the trailing-12-month total are part of Pro — see Billing & subscription.

If a number looks off, check that the underlying transactions have the correct date, amount, and currency — income totals are only as accurate as the transactions behind them.
