Connecting Interactive Brokers for one-click sync

Instead of a one-time file import, you can link IBKR so Skarbfolio can re-sync positions, trades, and dividends with one click, using a Flex Web Service token.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. In IBKR Client Portal, go to Performance & Reports → Flex Queries (not Settings) and turn on Flex Web Service Configuration, then generate a new token — copy it now, it's shown only once.
  3. Create an Activity Flex Query with the sections: Account Information, Open Positions, Trades, Cash Transactions, Cash Report — save it and copy the Query ID.
  4. Back in Skarbfolio, paste the token and Query ID, then click Connect.

Once connected, click Sync now on the same tab whenever you want the latest trades and dividends — syncing doesn't run on a schedule. You can replace the token or disconnect at any time from the same Integrations tab.
