Deleting your account

Deleting your account permanently removes it and all of your data: portfolios, holdings, transactions, connections and subscription. It can't be undone.

On the web

  1. Go to Settings and open the General tab.
  2. In the Delete account card, click Delete account.
  3. Confirm with Delete permanently.

In the iOS app

  1. Open Menu → Settings → General.
  2. Tap Delete account, then confirm with Delete permanently.

Notes

  • A Pro subscription bought in the iPhone app is billed by the store, so deleting the account doesn't stop it: cancel it first on your iPhone, in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any other Pro renewal is cancelled as part of deletion, so you won't be charged again.
  • Every signed-in device and every connected AI assistant loses access immediately.
