Billing & subscription

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription. The top of the tab shows your current plan and, on Pro, when it renews or ends.
  2. To try Pro first, use the free-trial button next to your plan — no card needed. The same 30 days also start from Try 30 days of Pro free — no card on any Pro lock card, or with your first Interactive Brokers import. A week before the trial ends you get a reminder.
  3. To subscribe, pick Monthly or Annual and click Subscribe. Your card is saved for automatic renewal.
  4. Have a code? Enter it under Promo code and click Redeem.

The free plan covers every account, holding and transaction, XLSX import, this year's income calendar and the 12-month summary on Analytics. Pro adds your return against an index and month-by-month results, Interactive Brokers import and Flex sync, net worth history beyond 90 days and past years of income, and the MCP connector for an AI assistant.

Cancelling

Click Cancel auto-renew. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Your data isn't affected either way. A saved Flex connection stops syncing on Free; the Interactive Brokers account shows when it last synced until Pro is back. Changed your mind? Resume auto-renew turns renewal back on.

Subscribing in the iPhone app

In the iPhone app, Pro is a subscription: Monthly or Yearly. The price is shown in your store's currency before you confirm. New subscribers get the first month of the yearly plan free.

  1. Open any Pro feature, or go to Settings → Subscription in the app and tap See plans.
  2. Pick a plan and confirm the purchase on your iPhone.

Pro then works everywhere you sign in to the same account, including the web.

  • Change plan or cancel: in the app, Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription, or on the iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • New phone, or signed in to a different account? Tap Restore purchases in the app. The subscription moves to the account you're signed in to.
  • No paying twice: while an iPhone subscription is active, Settings → Subscription on the web shows it as "Subscribed in the iPhone app" and doesn't offer card payment.
  • Refunds for purchases made in the iPhone app are handled by the store you bought from; you can request one from your iPhone's purchase history.
